Emi Matchu 9ed3c4ff96 Add Alt Styles reference page link to the Alt Styles picker ... Clearing the way to be able to delete the announcement banner, which is currently the only link! I feel like there's room to redo the site layout to find a place to more properly link to this from, but I don't have one yet!
